July Content List
Your monthly curated list of entertainment to discover something new and talk about your favorites.
What is your favorite childhood memory?
I remember playing in the backyard with my siblings, and cousins—amused at the rollie pollies we found in the yard.
Then there’s the tree swing my grandad built—us soaring , flying our feet high towards the clouds.
Or how my grandmother’s station wagon would smell of salt water after a long day of crabbing and fishing.
And, when my mama braided my hair—a compliment to my summer wardrobe.
This month’s content list is inspired by summer.

Now Reading: Library Edition
Searching For Sunshine, Ishita Jain
You can find some great reads if you browse the aisles and experience the displays curated by librarians.
In this anthology book, Ishita writes and illustrates a beautiful journey— “a compilation of essays, illustrations, and interviews centered around the simple yet compelling theme of why and how plants and green spaces create such meaning for us.”
There’s A Dragon In Your Book, Tom Fletcher
When a child chuckles during story-time, the book is a winner. This is a delightful interactive book for younger elementary children. The children’s book is reasonably priced and can be found at your local library.
My local library recently announced over 37,000 items were circulated since June 1st! The goal is 45,000.

So, what did you discover this month?
The u-pick flower farm near me is a dream. A local wife and husband operate this gem in a nearby city. I bet it’s beautiful during a sunset. This trip inspired a new venture for me. ☺️
